About HR Solution Journal
Practical, source-grounded coverage for HR and recruiting professionals navigating real workforce decisions.
What This Publication Covers
HR Solution Journal is published by AllSource Data Corporation for human resources and recruiting professionals working in the United States. Our coverage addresses the decisions HR and talent acquisition leaders face day to day: recruiting and hiring operations, workforce management, HR technology evaluation, employee development, benefits administration, and workplace policy.
We focus on the operational side of these topics. That means explaining tradeoffs, surfacing the questions practitioners should be asking, and grounding our coverage in attributable sources rather than vendor talking points. When we analyze a tool, a practice, or a policy question, we distinguish between what the evidence shows and what represents our editorial judgment.
Editorial Standards
We do not invent facts, quotations, statistics, or author identities. Claims are attributed, and original sources are linked where they exist. When coverage reflects analysis rather than direct reporting, we say so. We do not accept vendor-supplied content as editorial, and we do not allow promotional framing to substitute for honest assessment of how something works in practice.
Our goal is coverage that a skeptical HR director or talent acquisition leader can read, act on, and verify. If a topic has genuine complexity or meaningful disagreement among practitioners, we represent that rather than flatten it.
What You Can Expect
Published articles include structured, question-driven resources such as checklists and frameworks that help HR teams move through real decisions, alongside reported pieces on technology, policy, and workforce practice. Coverage is written for professionals who already understand the field and need depth, not introductory definitions.
